Returns
We are more than happy to assist with a return. Items in new condition, with the original tags attached, may be returned for a refund or credit. Returns or Exchanges must be initiated within 30 days of delivery. If it is after 30 days, we will not accept the Return, Refund or Exchange.
Please complete the online form, or email returns@oakandblossomtoys.com to initiate a return.
To be eligible for a refund, returned item(s) must be in new, unused, and in the same condition that you received it. It must also be in the original packaging with all instructions intact.
Partial refund may be given if:
The item is clearly in a used condition
You are contacting us after 30 days
The item is not in the original condition, is damaged or parts missing not due to our error
oak and blossom does not provide postage for returns.
If you receive an item as a Gift, we can exchange any gift in new condition, with the original tags attached. Please email returns@oakandblossomtoys.com for instructions on returning your gift for exchange.
oak and blossom does not provide return postage for exchanges.

Items marked Final Sale
Any Return accepted by oak and blossom will be paid back onto the original payment method. Original Shipping costs are not refundable.
